Beware of Spoiled Brat Drivers

I have just met an accident at lanuza ave in pasig city. A 17 year old driver hit me almost head on. I feel fine since I'm at full stop when he hit me, though my motorcycle is damaged and can't be operated due to mis alignment and damaged fender. I'm going back to the police station tomorrow at 7am for negotiation. He has to pay for the repair of my motorcycle.

buti sir at ok ka at motor mo lang ang may damage, eh yung bumangga sa yo ano ang nangyari?

paano nangyari? cage gamit nya or mc/ub din?

suot mo safety gears mo?.

Buti nalang at naka stop mode ka.

Pabayarin mo Sir ng damages and ung abala na dinulot nya sayo.

dami talaga mga pasaway na driver karamihan mga minor de edad.. mga unsafe magpatakbo ng motor akala nila vtec lang ang dala dala nila...

honda car dala nya. heavily tinted ang side windows nya. naka basic gear ako kaya wala ako injury. nakapag canvass na ako sa sym. 11.7k ang babayaran nya. sana maayos ito sa tuesday or he'll leave me no choice but to seek help and pursue the case.

I got hit by a car coming from St. Martin that made a left turn going to J. Vargas Ave. I don't know if this driver really knows how to drive. He hit me almost head on. I was traversing Lanuza Ave from J.vargas going to c5. As i approach the junction, I always slow down and be respectful to others. I treat that like a crossing anyway. I let the car pass that came from c5 going to st. martin and then suddently, this car coming from st. martin made a left turn going to j vargas. Well that's fine with me even though I'm the first one to stop I should be going first. He said he didn't see me. That's stupid. I stopped to let him pass through, my headlights are on, my left signal lights are on as well and still, he hit me with his left side of his front bumper.

Damn. I've been traversing that street for years and this is my first time to be hit. That's stupid. At some point, naiisip ko tuloy, masama rin ata yung masyado kang courteous sa iba lalo na kung motor lang dala mo. By the way, I'm still at the right side of the road, inner lane to be exact. napakaluwag ng kalsada kaya di ko maintindihan, bakit kailangan pa nya sakupin yung lane ko at bunguin ako.

Good thing, when he hit me, he's running at about 20km/h only and I'm still at full stop. I tried to move my handle bar all the way to the right and avoid the collision kaso ang bilis ng pangyayari. I wasn't even able to twist my throttle.

I only have very minor pain sa bukong bukong and some scratches on my shoulder. Pero yung motor ko, mis aligned na ang front wheel, basag na front fender at di ko pa alam kung ano pa naging sira. Bukas malalaman ko pa kung meron pang naging ibang damage. I left the motorcycle at the police station so that the car who hit me will not complain that i added more damages to the bike.

Anyway, I'll be seeing this 17 year old kid tomorrow, with his dad (damn).

Maraming talagang ganon ngayon na driver sir, pero still your lucky kasi minor scratches lang nakuha mo.

Dapat nga bayaran yan kasi kahit san mo tingnan kasalanan talaga nong kid na yon and you mention na his 17. sana lang may non pro license siya kundi patay siyang bata siya.

Hope ma-settle at mapayos yung mc mo.

sama din ako sir... para dagdag moral support.. kasi kapag iilan lang baka kayanin lang palibhasa naka cage.. pero kung marami tayo di yan makakaangal..
